One agent, three platforms

A single lightweight agent covers Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016–2025, macOS 12 and later, and major Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky and AlmaLinux.

Pricing you can quote

Published per-endpoint rates, a minimum of 25 endpoints, month-to-month or annual billing, and volume tiers from 1,000 endpoints. No hidden modules that unlock later at a premium.

Designed around US IT operations

Business-hours coverage across ET, CT, MT and PT, US data residency by default, and reporting formats that fit co-managed IT and client-facing MSP work.

Contract terms without traps

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back window on the first invoice, described in plain language in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Platform capabilities

Everything an IT operations team touches during a normal week

ITSupport RMM is not a monitoring dashboard bolted onto a remote-control tool. Monitoring, remediation, patching and reporting share the same inventory, the same policy engine and the same audit trail.

Real-time monitoring and alerting

Track CPU, memory, disk health and capacity, services, processes, Windows event logs, scheduled task failures, certificate expiry and SNMP network devices. Thresholds are set per policy, with escalation chains, maintenance windows and alert de-duplication so on-call engineers are not woken up twice for one root cause.

Remote access and remote terminal

Unattended sessions for servers and workstations, attended sessions with end-user consent prompts, multi-monitor support, clipboard and file transfer, plus a background command shell for PowerShell and Bash work that does not require interrupting the user at all.

Operating system and third-party patching

Approve, defer, stage and roll out OS updates and third-party application updates for common business software. Ring-based deployment, reboot control, per-client maintenance windows and patch compliance reporting that shows what is actually installed — not just what was approved.

Scripting and automation

Run PowerShell, Batch, Bash and Python scripts on demand, on a schedule, or as an automatic response to an alert. Self-healing tasks restart failed services, clear disk space and re-register agents before a human ever opens a ticket.

Asset inventory and reporting

Hardware and software inventory, warranty and age tracking, license counts, executive summaries and SLA reports. Schedule PDF or CSV delivery per client, per site or per department, and export the same data through the API for your own BI stack.

Multi-tenancy, roles and audit

Separate every client or business unit into its own tenant with inherited policies, scoped credentials, role-based access control, mandatory MFA and a full audit log of who connected to what, when, and what they ran.

Why the US market matters to us

An RMM platform shaped by American IT service delivery

The way IT is bought and delivered in the United States is specific: MSPs bill per endpoint or per user, co-managed IT teams share responsibility with an internal help desk, and clients in healthcare, finance, manufacturing and public sector work under regulatory frameworks that demand evidence, not promises.

ITSupport RMM is operated from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and built for exactly that context. Our support hours follow the US business day from coast to coast, our documentation is written in American English for American procurement processes, and platform data for US customers stays in US data centers by default.

  • US data residency by default — monitoring telemetry, inventory and session metadata for US accounts are processed and stored in US regions.
  • Compliance-ready configurations — controls, logging and access policies designed to support HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST SP 800-171 / CMMC programs your clients must satisfy.
  • Support across four time zones — Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET, with an emergency line for Professional and Enterprise plans.
  • Procurement without friction — W-9 on request, purchase orders, ACH or card payment, and written quotes for annual budgeting cycles.

How it works

From signed order to monitored fleet in three steps

The onboarding plan we run with you is designed so your first sites report on day one and a full policy set is live within two weeks. Nothing here requires professional services fees.

1

Deploy the agent

Download a signed installer per tenant and push it with your existing tooling: Group Policy, Intune, a login script, an RMM you are migrating away from, or a one-line command for macOS and Linux. Agents check in over outbound HTTPS on port 443, so no inbound firewall rules or VPN changes are needed.

2

Apply policies

Start from our baseline monitoring, patching and security policy templates, then adjust thresholds, maintenance windows and approval rings per client or site. Policies inherit downward, so a change at the organization level reaches thousands of endpoints without touching them individually.

3

Automate and report

Attach automatic remediation to your noisiest alerts, connect your ticketing system so alerts become tickets with device context, and schedule the monthly reports your clients or your CFO actually read.

Cost comparison

How our rates compare with typical market list pricing

We do not publish comparisons against named competitors, because their pricing changes and much of it is negotiated privately. What we can do is show the cost structures we are most often asked to replace, and let you run your own numbers.

About this comparison. The middle column describes commercial models we regularly encounter in requests for proposals and migration projects; it is a generalized summary of publicly published list prices and packaging as of the publication date of this page, not a statement about any specific vendor. Third-party pricing, packaging and discounts change frequently and negotiated pricing may differ substantially from list pricing. Verify current terms directly with any vendor you evaluate. Security

Administrative access deserves serious controls

An RMM platform holds privileged access to every endpoint you manage. We treat that as the highest-risk part of your stack and document exactly how it is protected instead of asking you to assume.

  • TLS 1.2+ for all agent and console traffic; encryption at rest for stored data
  • Mandatory multi-factor authentication for console users, SSO/SAML on Enterprise
  • Role-based access control with least-privilege defaults and per-tenant scoping
  • Immutable audit logging of sessions, script executions and configuration changes
  • Script approval workflows so unreviewed code cannot be pushed fleet-wide
  • Documented incident response process and a responsible disclosure channel

Questions we get first

Straight answers before you book a call

Is there really no per-technician fee?

Correct. You are billed for monitored endpoints only. You can create as many technician and administrator accounts as your team needs, on any plan, at no extra cost. Role-based access control lets you keep permissions tight even with a large user list.

What counts as an endpoint for billing?

Any workstation, laptop or server with an active agent checking in during the billing period. Network devices monitored by SNMP through an existing agent are not billed as separate endpoints. Agents you uninstall stop counting from the following billing period.

How does the 14-day trial work?

The trial covers Professional features for up to 50 endpoints for 14 days. No credit card is required, and it does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. If you do not purchase, access ends and trial data is deleted within 30 days. Full terms are on the Pricing page.

Can we migrate from another RMM without downtime?

Yes. Our agent can run alongside most existing RMM agents while you validate monitoring coverage, then you decommission the old one. Typical migrations run tenant by tenant over two to six weeks. Our onboarding guide walks through inventory reconciliation and policy mapping.

Where is our data stored?

For US-based accounts, monitoring data, inventory and session metadata are processed and stored in United States data center regions. Retention periods per data category, and how to request export or deletion, are described in the Privacy Policy.
